UKSSSC has released the Assistant Accountant Recruitment 2026 notification for 379 vacancies covering Lekhakar, Sahayak Lekhakar, Junior Auditor, Office Assistant-III (Accounts) and Cashier-cum-Assistant Accountant posts, mostly under the Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan and other departments. Online applications opened on 26 July 2026 and close on 15 August 2026, with a correction window from 18-20 August. Candidates need a graduation degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a postgraduate degree in Accountancy from a recognized university. Age limit is 21-42 years for most posts, and 18-42 years for Jal Sansthan posts, with 5-year relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and 10 years for Divyang candidates. Application fee is Rs. 300 for General/OBC and Rs. 150 for SC/ST/EWS/Divyang. Selection is through a 100-mark objective written exam covering Commerce, Business Administration and Accountancy on 12 October 2026, followed by a typing test and document verification.
