The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) has released admit cards for the Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) September 2026 examination cycle, available for download from 3 September 2026 onward at student.nielit.gov.in. Candidates should note that the exams originally scheduled from 11 to 13 September 2026 have been rescheduled to 21 to 23 September 2026 due to the BRICS Summit being held at the National Data Centre (NDL) examination venue. To download the hall ticket, candidates need to log in to the student portal and click the 'Download Admit Card' option using their registration credentials. The admit card carries essential exam-day details including the allotted exam city, date, shift timing, and reporting instructions, and must be carried to the centre with a valid government-issued photo identity proof. CCC certification is widely required for government job applications and promotions as proof of basic computer literacy. Candidates who registered for the September cycle should verify all printed details and report at least 30 minutes before their shift.
