The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have released the detailed notification for Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Undergraduate posts under CEN 07/2026, inviting online applications for 1,688 vacancies in Commercial-cum-Ticket Clerk, Junior Clerk-cum-Typist, Accounts Clerk-cum-Typist, and Trains Clerk posts across Indian Railways. Online registration opened on 15 October 2026 and closes on 13 November 2026, with the fee payment window open till 15 November 2026 at rrbapply.gov.in. Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks from a recognised board, though this minimum-marks condition does not apply to SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates; those awaiting final results are not eligible. The age limit is 18 to 30 years as on 1 January 2027, with standard age relaxation for reserved categories. Selection will be through two computer-based tests, CBT-1 and CBT-2, followed by document verification and a medical examination. Interested candidates are advised to register early on the official RRB portal and keep scanned photographs and signatures ready before the deadline.

रेलवे भर्ती बोर्डों (RRB) ने नॉन-टेक्निकल पॉपुलर कैटेगरी (NTPC) अंडरग्रेजुएट पदों हेतु CEN 07/2026 की विस्तृत अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है, जिसमें भारतीय रेलवे में कमर्शियल-कम-टिकट क्लर्क, जूनियर क्लर्क-कम-टाइपिस्ट, अकाउंट्स क्लर्क-कम-टाइपिस्ट तथा ट्रेन्स क्लर्क के कुल 1,688 पदों हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन मांगे गए हैं। ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन 15 अक्टूबर 2026 से शुरू होकर 13 नवंबर 2026 तक चलेगा, जबकि फीस भुगतान की अंतिम तिथि rrbapply.gov.in पर 15 नवंबर 2026 तय की गई है। उम्मीदवारों का किसी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 12वीं (10+2) या समकक्ष परीक्षा में कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है, हालांकि यह न्यूनतम अंक शर्त SC, ST, PwBD तथा भूतपूर्व सैनिक उम्मीदवारों पर लागू नहीं होती; जिन उम्मीदवारों का अंतिम परिणाम अभी लंबित है, वे पात्र नहीं हैं। आयु सीमा 1 जनवरी 2027 के अनुसार 18 से 30 वर्ष है, आरक्षित श्रेणियों को नियमानुसार छूट मिलेगी। चयन दो कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षाओं (CBT-1 और CBT-2) के बाद दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन तथा मेडिकल जांच के माध्यम से होगा। उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अंतिम तिथि से पहले आधिकारिक RRB पोर्टल पर समय रहते आवेदन करें और स्कैन की हुई फोटो व हस्ताक्षर तैयार रखें।
