The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission has invited online applications for 65 Company Commander (Special) posts in the Bihar Home Guard organisation, with the application window open from 10 September 2026 to 10 October 2026. This is a closed departmental recruitment restricted to serving, enrolled and trained Home Guards of the Bihar Home Guard organisation who hold a graduation degree from a recognised university, have completed a minimum of five years of service, and still have at least ten years of service remaining as on the cut-off date of 1 August 2026. Eligible candidates must be between 24 and 50 years of age as on the same cut-off date. Selected Company Commanders will be placed in Pay Level 6 of the state pay matrix, drawing a salary of Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400 per month. बिहार पुलिस अधीनस्थ सेवा आयोग (बीपीएसएससी) ने बिहार गृह रक्षक संगठन में कंपनी कमांडर (स्पेशल) के 65 पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं, जिसकी आवेदन प्रक्रिया 10 सितंबर 2026 से 10 अक्टूबर 2026 तक चलेगी। यह एक विभागीय भर्ती है, जो केवल बिहार गृह रक्षक संगठन के कार्यरत, नामांकित व प्रशिक्षित गृह रक्षकों के लिए है, जिनके पास मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री है, न्यूनतम पांच वर्ष की सेवा पूरी हो चुकी है, तथा कट-ऑफ तिथि 1 अगस्त 2026 तक कम से कम दस वर्ष की सेवा शेष है। पात्र उम्मीदवारों की आयु उसी कट-ऑफ तिथि पर 24 से 50 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। चयनित कंपनी कमांडरों को राज्य वेतन मैट्रिक्स के पे लेवल 6 में रखा जाएगा, जिसमें 35,400 से 1,12,400 रुपये प्रतिमाह वेतन मिलेगा। इच्छुक कार्यरत गृह रक्षकों को आधिकारिक बीपीएसएससी वेबसाइट के माध्यम से आवेदन करना चाहिए तथा पूर्ण चयन प्रक्रिया व दस्तावेज आवश्यकताओं के लिए विस्तृत अधिसूचना देखनी चाहिए।
