The Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies, a Deemed-to-be-University at Sarnath in Varanasi, has invited online applications for 59 teaching posts comprising 9 Professor, 7 Associate Professor and 43 Assistant Professor vacancies spread across 40 subject combinations, under Advertisement No. CIHTS/Acad./Rectt. 01/2026. Reservation has been fixed as UR-27, OBC-15, SC-9, EWS-4 and ST-4, with three posts reserved for persons with benchmark disabilities. Candidates generally need a Master's degree with at least 55 percent marks, along with a Ph.D. and qualifying NET/SLET/SET score plus relevant teaching or research experience depending on the post applied for. Online applications can be submitted from 8 September 2026 to 7 October 2026 at cihtsrec.samarth.edu.in, after which a hard copy with enclosures must be sent to the institute within three days. Selected faculty will draw a pay scale of Rs 57,700 to Rs 2,18,200 per month. वाराणसी के सारनाथ स्थित डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालय, केंद्रीय उच्च तिब्बती शिक्षा संस्थान (सीआईएचटीएस) ने 59 शिक्षण पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं, जिसमें 9 प्रोफेसर, 7 एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर व 43 असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर पद 40 विषय संयोजनों में विज्ञापन संख्या CIHTS/Acad./Rectt. 01/2026 के तहत शामिल हैं। आरक्षण यूआर-27, ओबीसी-15, एससी-9, ईडब्ल्यूएस-4 व एसटी-4 निर्धारित है, तथा तीन पद दिव्यांग उम्मीदवारों के लिए आरक्षित हैं। उम्मीदवारों के पास सामान्यतः कम से कम 55 प्रतिशत अंकों के साथ स्नातकोत्तर डिग्री, तथा पद के अनुसार पीएचडी व योग्य नेट/सेट/स्लेट स्कोर के साथ प्रासंगिक शिक्षण या शोध अनुभव आवश्यक है। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 8 सितंबर 2026 से 7 अक्टूबर 2026 तक cihtsrec.samarth.edu.in पर किए जा सकते हैं, जिसके बाद संलग्नकों सहित हार्ड कॉपी तीन दिनों के भीतर संस्थान को भेजनी होगी। चयनित फैकल्टी को 57,700 से 2,18,200 रुपये प्रतिमाह वेतनमान मिलेगा। इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन से पहले विस्तृत विज्ञापन में पद और विषयवार पात्रता जरूर देख लेनी चाहिए।
