Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation has invited online applications for 2,510 Helper posts under a fresh recruitment drive, one of the largest technical-cadre vacancies announced in Gujarat this year. Candidates must have passed ITI in trades such as Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Mechanic Diesel, Fitter, Electrician or Welder from a recognised Industrial Training Institute to be eligible. The minimum age is 18 years, while the upper age limit is 35 years for General category candidates, with standard relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per Gujarat government rules. Online applications opened on 7 September 2026 and will close on 6 October 2026 at 11:59 PM, with the fee payment window extending to 8 October 2026. Selected Helpers will be engaged on a fixed monthly salary of Rs 21,100 for an initial period of five years. गुजरात राज्य मार्ग परिवहन निगम (जीएसआरटीसी) ने 2,510 हेल्पर पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं, जो इस साल गुजरात में तकनीकी संवर्ग की सबसे बड़ी भर्तियों में से एक है। आवेदन के लिए उम्मीदवार का किसी मान्यता प्राप्त औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (आईटीआई) से मैकेनिक मोटर व्हीकल, मैकेनिक डीजल, फिटर, इलेक्ट्रीशियन या वेल्डर ट्रेड में उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है। न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष तथा सामान्य वर्ग के लिए अधिकतम आयु 35 वर्ष रखी गई है, आरक्षित वर्गों को गुजरात सरकार के नियमानुसार छूट मिलेगी। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 7 सितंबर 2026 से शुरू होकर 6 अक्टूबर 2026 रात 11:59 बजे तक किए जा सकते हैं, जबकि शुल्क भुगतान की अंतिम तिथि 8 अक्टूबर 2026 है। चयनित हेल्परों को शुरुआती पांच वर्षों के लिए 21,100 रुपये प्रतिमाह निश्चित वेतन दिया जाएगा। इच्छुक व पात्र उम्मीदवारों को समय सीमा से पहले आधिकारिक ओजस गुजरात पोर्टल ojas.gujarat.gov.in पर आवेदन कर देना चाहिए, क्योंकि जीएसआरटीसी की भर्तियों में सरकारी वेतन व राज्यभर के डिपो में पोस्टिंग के कारण बहुत बड़ी संख्या में आवेदन आते हैं।
