Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age and hold the qualification prescribed for each apprentice category, such as a relevant engineering degree or diploma, or an ITI certificate in the applicable trade. Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 14,600 to Rs. 17,300 depending on the category, and training will be conducted at RCFL's units in Trombay, Mumbai, and Thal, Raigad district.
