The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) released the Super TET 2026 notification on 15 September 2026, inviting applications for 12,405 Assistant Teacher posts, comprising 11,508 vacancies in the Primary Urban Basic Education Department and 897 vacancies in Aided Secondary Schools across the state. Online applications opened on 16 September 2026 at upessc.gov.in and close on 15 October 2026. Eligible candidates must hold a graduation degree along with a recognised teacher training qualification and a valid UPTET or CTET certificate, as prescribed by the National Council for Teacher Education. The written examination, held over two days on 3 and 4 December 2026, will test candidates on child development and pedagogy, language, and subject-specific knowledge. Age limits and category-wise relaxations follow standard state government norms. Given the large vacancy count, this is one of the biggest teacher recruitment drives in the state this year, and candidates are advised to complete document verification and fee payment well before the closing date to avoid last-minute server issues.

उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षा सेवा चयन आयोग (UPESSC) ने 15 सितंबर 2026 को सुपर TET 2026 की अधिसूचना जारी की, जिसमें कुल 12,405 सहायक शिक्षक पदों हेतु आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं, इनमें प्राथमिक शहरी बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग के 11,508 पद और राज्यभर के सहायता प्राप्त माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के 897 पद शामिल हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 16 सितंबर 2026 से upessc.gov.in पर शुरू हो चुके हैं और 15 अक्टूबर 2026 तक स्वीकार किए जाएंगे। पात्र उम्मीदवारों के पास स्नातक डिग्री के साथ मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण योग्यता और वैध UPTET या CTET प्रमाणपत्र होना चाहिए, जैसा कि राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद द्वारा निर्धारित है। लिखित परीक्षा 3 और 4 दिसंबर 2026 को दो दिनों में आयोजित होगी, जिसमें बाल विकास एवं शिक्षाशास्त्र, भाषा और विषय-संबंधी ज्ञान की परीक्षा ली जाएगी। आयु सीमा और श्रेणीवार छूट उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के मानक नियमों के अनुसार लागू होगी। इतनी बड़ी रिक्ति संख्या के चलते यह इस वर्ष राज्य की सबसे बड़ी शिक्षक भर्तियों में से एक है, उम्मीदवारों को अंतिम तिथि से पहले ही दस्तावेज सत्यापन और शुल्क भुगतान पूरा कर लेने की सलाह दी जाती है ताकि upessc.gov.in पर अंतिम समय की सर्वर समस्याओं से बचा जा सके।
