The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board extended the last date to apply online for Sub-Inspector and Assistant Sub-Inspector Recruitment 2026 to 16 September 2026, 5:00 PM, after applications opened on 19 August 2026 for a total of 298 vacancies comprising 275 Sub-Inspector and equivalent posts along with 23 Assistant Sub-Inspector (Fingerprint Bureau) posts. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree as on 29 July 2026 and be aged 21-25 years as on 1 July 2026, with relaxation for reserved categories; ASI-Fingerprint Bureau candidates additionally need a B.E./B.Tech in IT or Computer Science. Minimum height is 167.5 cm for men and 152.5 cm for women. The fee is Rs. 750 for SC/ST and local candidates, Rs. 1,500 for others. Selection involves a Preliminary Written Test, Physical Efficiency Test, a final Computer-Based Test, and document verification. तेलंगाना राज्य स्तरीय पुलिस भर्ती बोर्ड (टीएसएलपीआरबी) ने सब-इंस्पेक्टर व असिस्टेंट सब-इंस्पेक्टर भर्ती 2026 के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि बढ़ाकर 16 सितंबर 2026 शाम 5 बजे तक कर दी है, आवेदन 19 अगस्त 2026 से शुरू हुए थे, कुल 298 पद हैं जिनमें 275 सब-इंस्पेक्टर व समकक्ष पद तथा 23 असिस्टेंट सब-इंस्पेक्टर (फिंगरप्रिंट ब्यूरो) पद शामिल हैं। आवेदकों के पास 29 जुलाई 2026 तक मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री होनी चाहिए और आयु 1 जुलाई 2026 तक 21 से 25 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए, आरक्षित श्रेणियों को सरकारी नियमानुसार आयु में छूट मिलेगी; एएसआई-फिंगरप्रिंट ब्यूरो पद के लिए आईटी या कंप्यूटर साइंस में बी.ई./बी.टेक अतिरिक्त रूप से जरूरी है। निर्धारित शारीरिक मानकों में पुरुषों के लिए न्यूनतम ऊंचाई 167.5 सेमी और महिलाओं के लिए 152.5 सेमी है। आवेदन शुल्क एससी/एसटी व स्थानीय उम्मीदवारों के लिए 750 रुपये तथा अन्य के लिए 1,500 रुपये है। चयन प्रक्रिया में प्रारंभिक लिखित परीक्षा, फिजिकल एफिशिएंसी टेस्ट, अंतिम कंप्यूटर आधारित परीक्षा और दस्तावेज सत्यापन शामिल है। टीएसएलपीआरबी ने सर्वर पर अधिक लोड की आशंका के चलते उम्मीदवारों से अंतिम समय तक इंतजार न करने का आग्रह किया है, आवेदन tgprb.in के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन ही किया जा सकता है।
