The Union Public Service Commission has invited online applications for 212 vacancies across legal, medical, academic and editorial posts under Recruitment Advertisement No. 11/2026, with the application window open from 12 September 2026 to 2 October 2026, extended to 9 October 2026 for posts based in the Union Territory of Ladakh. The largest share is 140 Assistant Public Prosecutor posts in the Directorate of Prosecution, Government of NCT of Delhi, requiring an LLB degree with three years of practice at the Bar. Other posts include 60 Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor vacancies in General Medicine, 4 in Anatomy, 2 Specialist Grade II medical posts and 2 Assistant Editor positions, each carrying its own qualification and experience norms. The application fee is Rs 25 for General, OBC and EWS male candidates, while women and SC, ST and PwBD candidates are exempted. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीएससी) ने भर्ती विज्ञापन संख्या 11/2026 के तहत विधि, चिकित्सा, शैक्षणिक व संपादकीय क्षेत्र के 212 पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं, जिसकी आवेदन प्रक्रिया 12 सितंबर 2026 से 2 अक्टूबर 2026 तक चलेगी, जबकि लद्दाख केंद्र शासित प्रदेश स्थित पदों के लिए यह तिथि 9 अक्टूबर 2026 तक बढ़ाई गई है। इसमें सबसे अधिक 140 पद सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी के हैं, जो दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र सरकार के अभियोजन निदेशालय में हैं, जिसके लिए एलएलबी डिग्री व तीन वर्ष का बार में वकालत अनुभव आवश्यक है। अन्य पदों में जनरल मेडिसिन में 60, एनाटॉमी में 4 स्पेशलिस्ट ग्रेड III असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर पद, 2 स्पेशलिस्ट ग्रेड II चिकित्सा पद तथा 2 असिस्टेंट एडिटर पद शामिल हैं, जिनकी अलग-अलग योग्यता व अनुभव शर्तें हैं। सामान्य, ओबीसी व ईडब्ल्यूएस पुरुष उम्मीदवारों के लिए आवेदन शुल्क 25 रुपये है, जबकि महिला, एससी, एसटी व दिव्यांग उम्मीदवारों को शुल्क से छूट है। पात्र उम्मीदवारों को upsconline.nic.in पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा तथा आवेदन से पहले upsc.gov.in पर विस्तृत विज्ञापन में पदवार पात्रता, आयु सीमा व चयन प्रक्रिया देख लेनी चाहिए।
