The National Education Society for Tribal Students declared the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) Tier-2 result on 3 September 2026 for candidates who appeared in the Tier-2 examination held from 22 to 25 March 2026, covering recruitment to 7,267 teaching and non-teaching posts. Teaching posts include Principal, Post Graduate Teacher and Trained Graduate Teacher, with TGT carrying the largest share at 3,962 vacancies followed by 1,460 PGT posts, while non-teaching posts cover Hostel Warden, Female Staff Nurse, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant and Lab Attendant roles. Qualified candidates can check their status and download their scorecard by logging in with their registration number and password at nests.tribal.gov.in, where category-wise cut-off marks have also been published alongside the result. Candidates shortlisted in Tier-2 will move to the next selection stage: those applying for teaching posts will attend a Personal Interaction or interview, while non-teaching applicants will undergo a skill test, and all successful candidates will subsequently go through document verification before final appointment.
