The Medical and Health Recruitment Board, Assam has invited online applications under Notification No. MHRB/73/M&HO-I/2026/5051 for 560 posts of Medical & Health Officer-I (M&HO-I) or equivalent rank under the National Health Mission, with the application window open from 7 September 2026 to 20 September 2026 at nhm.assam.gov.in. Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from a recognised university and be registered with the Assam Medical Council; age must be between 21 and 38 years as on 1 January 2026, with relaxation as per government rules. Of the total vacancies, 22 posts are reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disability and 11 for Ex-servicemen. Selected doctors will draw a pay scale of Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,10,000 with Grade Pay Rs 12,700. The application fee is Rs 250 for General category candidates and Rs 150 for OBC/MOBC/SC/ST candidates. Interested MBBS graduates should register early and keep medical registration and educational certificates ready before the portal closes.

मेडिकल एंड हेल्थ रिक्रूटमेंट बोर्ड, असम ने अधिसूचना संख्या MHRB/73/M&HO-I/2026/5051 के तहत राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के अंतर्गत मेडिकल एंड हेल्थ ऑफिसर-I (एम एंड एचओ-I) या समकक्ष रैंक के 560 पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं; आवेदन विंडो 7 सितंबर 2026 से 20 सितंबर 2026 तक nhm.assam.gov.in पर खुली है। उम्मीदवारों के पास मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस डिग्री होनी चाहिए तथा असम मेडिकल काउंसिल में पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है; आयु 1 जनवरी 2026 को 21 से 38 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए, सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार छूट लागू होगी। कुल पदों में से 22 पद दिव्यांग उम्मीदवारों तथा 11 पद पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए आरक्षित हैं। चयनित डॉक्टरों को 30,000 से 1,10,000 रुपये के वेतनमान के साथ 12,700 रुपये ग्रेड पे मिलेगा। सामान्य वर्ग के लिए आवेदन शुल्क 250 रुपये तथा ओबीसी/एमओबीसी/एससी/एसटी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 150 रुपये है। इच्छुक एमबीबीएस उम्मीदवारों को पोर्टल बंद होने से पहले जल्द पंजीकरण कर मेडिकल पंजीकरण व शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्र तैयार रखने चाहिए।
