The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) released the preliminary exam admit card for Common Recruitment Process for Clerks (CRP-CSA-XVI) 2026 on 1 October 2026, ahead of the online preliminary examination scheduled for 10 and 11 October 2026 across multiple shifts and centres nationwide. This drive, aimed at filling 11,663 Customer Service Associate (Clerk) vacancies across participating public sector banks, had earlier invited applications with a revised vacancy count after the initial notification listed 11,403 posts. Candidates can download their call letter from the official website, ibps.in, by logging in with their registration or roll number along with their password or date of birth. The preliminary exam consists of objective questions worth 100 marks attempted within a 60-minute composite duration, covering English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability. Candidates must carry a printed admit card with a valid original photo identity proof to the exam centre; those who clear the cut-off will be shortlisted for the Main Examination, tentatively set for 27 December 2026.
