The Supreme Court of India has released Advertisement No. F.6/2026-SC(RC), dated 30 September 2026, inviting online applications for 250 tentative vacancies for the post of Junior Court Assistant, a Group B non-gazetted role in Level 6 of the Pay Matrix carrying an initial basic pay of ₹35,400 plus allowances. Registration opened on 7 October 2026 at sci.gov.in and will close on 28 October 2026 at 11:55 PM. Applicants must be Indian citizens with a bachelor's degree from a recognised university, working knowledge of computers, and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute on computer; age is reckoned as of 1 September 2026, with the limit set at 18 to 30 years and standard relaxations for reserved categories. The application fee is ₹1,500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates and ₹750 for SC, ST, ex-servicemen and PwD candidates. Selection will proceed through an objective-type test, tentatively scheduled for 20 November 2026, followed by a typing speed test, a descriptive written test, and a final interview.

भारत के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने 30 सितंबर 2026 को विज्ञापन संख्या F.6/2026-SC(RC) जारी करते हुए जूनियर कोर्ट असिस्टेंट के 250 अनुमानित पदों हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए हैं, यह ग्रुप B अराजपत्रित पद है जो पे मैट्रिक्स के लेवल 6 में आता है, जिसमें प्रारंभिक मूल वेतन ₹35,400 प्लस भत्ते मिलेंगे। पंजीकरण 7 अक्टूबर 2026 से sci.gov.in पर शुरू हुआ है और 28 अक्टूबर 2026 रात 11:55 बजे बंद होगा। आवेदकों के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री, कंप्यूटर का कार्यसाधक ज्ञान और कंप्यूटर पर न्यूनतम 35 शब्द प्रति मिनट की टाइपिंग स्पीड होनी चाहिए; आयु की गणना 1 सितंबर 2026 के आधार पर होगी, सीमा 18 से 30 वर्ष है और आरक्षित श्रेणियों हेतु मानक छूट लागू होगी। आवेदन शुल्क सामान्य, OBC व EWS अभ्यर्थियों हेतु ₹1,500 तथा SC, ST, भूतपूर्व सैनिक व PwD अभ्यर्थियों हेतु ₹750 है। चयन प्रक्रिया में वस्तुनिष्ठ परीक्षा होगी, जो अनुमानित रूप से 20 नवंबर 2026 को प्रस्तावित है, इसके बाद टाइपिंग स्पीड टेस्ट, वर्णनात्मक लिखित परीक्षा और अंत में इंटरव्यू होगा।
