Machine Tool Prototype Factory (MTPF), a unit of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) under the Ministry of Defence, has invited offline applications for 162 apprentice posts in its 61st batch. The vacancies are split into 83 Non-ITI posts (Fitter 15, Turner 21, Machinist 27, MMTM 20) and 79 Ex-ITI posts (Fitter 15, Turner 20, Machinist 27, Electrician 7, Electronics 6, Welder G&E 4). The age limit is 15-24 years as on the application deadline, with relaxation as per Government of India rules; applications must reach within 21 days of the advertisement's publication. Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs 12,600-14,400 for Non-ITI candidates in their first and second year, and Rs 14,400-16,200 for Ex-ITI candidates depending on trade duration.
