The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released the CRP CSA-XVI notification to recruit 11,403 Clerk (Customer Service Associate) vacancies across 11 participating public sector banks nationwide. Online applications opened on 1 August 2026, and the deadline, originally 21 August, has been extended to 28 August 2026, giving candidates a final few days to apply. Graduates aged between 20 and 28 years as on 1 August 2026 are eligible, with standard age relaxation for reserved categories. Selection follows a two-stage process: the Preliminary examination is scheduled for 10 and 11 October 2026, followed by the Mains examination on 27 December 2026 for candidates who clear the prelims cut-off. The exam pattern includes objective tests on English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability in prelims, with additional General/Financial Awareness and Computer Aptitude sections in mains.
